Will my slides look exactly the same?

Most slides look the same: text, shapes, pictures, tables and simple charts. Complex effects such as SmartArt, videos, and some special shapes can look different. Always check the preview before you send the PDF.

Which files can I convert?

Modern PowerPoint files that end in .pptx or .ppsx. For an old .ppt file, open it in PowerPoint or WPS Office and use Save As to make a .pptx first.

Why do the fonts look a little different?

Your PowerPoint may use fonts that are not on this page. We replace them with close matches: Carlito for Calibri, Caladea for Cambria, Liberation Sans for Arial and Liberation Serif for Times New Roman. Text spacing stays almost the same.

Can I print 4 or 6 slides on one page?

Yes. Under Page layout, pick a handout with 2, 4 or 6 slides per page. You can also make notes pages with your speaker notes under each slide.

Is the text in the PDF searchable?

Yes. Each slide is saved as a sharp picture, and we add an invisible text layer so you can search and copy the words. You can turn this off for a smaller file.

Are my slides uploaded anywhere?

No. The conversion happens in your browser. Your presentation never leaves your device.
