Frequently asked questions

Does it keep colours, bold text and merged cells?

Yes. Fill colours, font colours, bold and italic, alignment, merged cells and column widths are carried over. Colours that come from an Excel theme may show as the normal colour.

My sheet is very wide. How do I fit it on one page?

Keep “Fit all columns on the page width” selected. Choose landscape for very wide sheets. Or choose “Real size” to let extra columns continue on following pages.

Can the header row repeat on every page?

Yes. Tick “Repeat the top rows on every page” and set how many rows to repeat.

Does it work with old .xls files?

Not directly. Open the file in Excel and use Save As .xlsx, then add it here. CSV files work too.

Are formulas kept?

The PDF shows the calculated values, as they appear in Excel.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The conversion happens in your browser.
