What is the difference between the two modes?

“Looks exactly the same” puts each PDF page on a slide as a sharp picture. Nothing moves, but the text cannot be edited. “Editable text” keeps the background and pictures as an image and puts the words in real text boxes you can click and change.

Will fonts look the same in editable mode?

We use the closest font installed on most computers, such as Arial, Times New Roman or Calibri. If the original font is rare, the text may look a little different or be slightly wider or narrower.

Does it work on scanned PDFs?

Scanned pages have no real text, so they are placed as pictures in both modes. For editable text from a scan, first run it through PDF to Word with OCR.

Which slide size should I pick?

“Same as PDF page” keeps the exact shape of your pages. Choose 16:9 for modern widescreen projectors, or 4:3 for older ones. The page is fitted in the middle with a white border where needed.

Can I convert only some pages?

Yes. Type the pages you want, for example 1-5, 8. Leave it empty to convert everything.

Can I convert a password-protected PDF?

Yes, if you know the password. You will be asked for it.
