Indomie Scholarship Program 2026 is open to Nigerian students entering tertiary institutions for 2026/2027. It covers full tuition and the deadline is September 30, 2026. See how to apply here.
Dufil Prima Foods, the company behind Indomie, has opened the Indomie Scholarship Program 2026 and the deadline to apply is September 30, 2026. This one covers full tuition, and it’s for any Nigerian student who just got admission or is about to get admission into a public or state-owned tertiary institution for the 2026/2027 session.
If you know someone gaining admission this year, or you’re the one, this post has everything you need to apply before the portal shuts.
About this Indomie scholarship for Nigerian students
Indomie is the noodles brand almost every Nigerian student has eaten at least once, and the company that makes it, Dufil Prima Foods, is putting money into education this year. This scholarship isn’t for people already in year 2 or year 3 of their programme. It’s specifically for new students entering tertiary education in the 2026/2027 academic session. So if your admission letter is fresh, or you’re expecting one soon, this is for you.
The scholarship pays your tuition, full stop, for as long as you’re in school, as long as you keep your grades where the school wants them.
Who is eligible to apply for this Indomie scholarship program

You can apply if you meet these:
- You’re a Nigerian student entering tertiary education for the first time in the 2026/2027 session.
- You’ve been admitted, or you’re expecting admission, into a public or state-owned institution. Private universities are not part of this.
- Your school can be a university, a polytechnic, a college of education, or any other specialised public institution.
- You have your WAEC or NECO result and your JAMB result, though you don’t need these ready before you start registering.
One thing a lot of students miss: this scholarship is not for private universities. If your admission is into a private school, this particular one isn’t for you, no matter how good your results are.
What you can get from this Indomie scholarship program
- Full tuition fees covered for your entire programme, from year one to your final year.
- The scholarship renews every session automatically, as long as you maintain the GPA your school requires. You don’t have to reapply every year.
- It covers all courses, not just science or a specific department, at any eligible public or state institution.
Important dates for the Indomie scholarship program 2026
| What | Date |
|---|---|
| Application opens | Already open |
| Application deadline | September 30, 2026 |
| CBT invitation | Sent to shortlisted candidates after the deadline |
| Physical verification | Scheduled after the CBT stage |
Don’t wait till the last week of September. Portals like this get congested close to the deadline and some people get logged out or can’t upload documents on time. Apply early and go back to complete your details later if you need to.
Documents you need before you apply
You don’t need all of this on day one. You can register with just your personal details first, then come back and upload the rest before the deadline closes. But have these ready:
- A recent passport photograph (you can even snap it live with your phone during registration).
- Your WAEC and/or NECO result. The portal accepts up to two sittings, so if you combined WAEC and NECO, both can go in.
- Your JAMB result.
- Basic personal details: full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and state of origin.
How to apply for the Indomie scholarship program 2026
- Go to the Indomie scholarship portal and click “I Am a New Applicant” to start your registration.
- Fill in your personal details: name, email, phone number, date of birth, state of origin, and upload your passport photograph.
- Add your JAMB and O’Level results if you have them ready. If not, skip this part for now and log back in before the deadline to update it.
- Verify your email or phone number, then submit.
That’s it. No essay, no referee letter, nothing complicated.
The application is completely free. Nobody should ask you to pay money to apply or to “process” your form. If someone does, that person is scamming you, report and ignore them.
What happens after you submit your application
Once the September 30 deadline passes, Dufil Prima Foods will shortlist candidates and invite them for a Computer-Based Test, CBT for short. If you scale through the CBT, the next stage is physical verification, where they confirm your documents and identity in person before final selection is made.
So submitting your form isn’t the end of the process, it’s just the start. Keep checking the email and phone number you registered with.
